Anne E DeChant sings from the heart, about the human experience (on a more personal level) as well as social injustice. She has performed at Lilith Fair, The White House and The Bluebird Cafe. This summer she performed at the opening ceremony of the 2014 Gay Games held in Cleveland and Akron. Join us at the Barking Spider, for her first 2015 event in Cleveland, where she has been playing since her early days with the band, Odd Girl Out.

Anne’s song, “Girls and Airplanes” was featured in the 2013 film, The Hot Flashes. In this video she uses the song to accompany a tribute to Sally Ride.
