The Hollywood Slim Band has been playing the Cleveland music scene for forty years with song selections from the 1930s-1960s, covering artists such as Howlin’ Wolf, Little Walter Jacobs, Sonny Boy Williamson, Ray Charles, Louis Jordan, Louis Prima, Louis Armstrong, and The Nat King Cole Trio. The unique vocal stylings of Hollywood Slim and guitarist John’s emulation of his two favorite Charlies, Christian and Parker, give this band their vintage sound.
